By accessing or using iMirekal Tools, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the tools for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape excessively, or disrupt the service
• Reverse-engineer or attack our systems or those of our providers
• Submit content that infringes others' rights or contains malware
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-authored where disclosure is required

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or abuse without prior notice.

AI output disclaimer

Tool outputs are generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your use case. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it — including for SEO, marketing, legal, medical, or financial decisions. We provide the service "as is" without warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

Accounts

You may create an account via email credentials or OAuth (Google, GitHub). You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in method secure. We may refuse or revoke accounts that violate these Terms.

Free and paid plans (if offered) are subject to usage limits described on our Pricing page. Features and limits may change.

Intellectual property

The iMirekal Tools site, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms, you may use outputs you generate for your own purposes. You retain rights to content you submit, and grant us a license to process it to provide the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iMirekal Tools and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on AI outputs.
